What best describes this incident ?: RVDM

Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was assigned to a shooting at Ballas turf where it turns out Grove and Ballas were having a gun fight. After stationing across the road from Ballas turf, Tok from Grove decided to shoot Liam Johnson. He was quickly taken down and placed into cuffs. I escorted Tok to the ARV's that was outside the front of Ballas turf and that's where the clip begins for reference. As I went to put Tok in, I was rammed with no interaction by an Evo who's ID was 329. I asked them to come to TS in OOC but I got no response. Hence why I am now submitting this report.

That's fine I normally have my chat turned off too. 

I'm currently past the point of having a TS call hence why I made the report. Not out of toxicity but just for a staff member to give their opinion on the situation and deal with it appropriately.

anyways i will wriite up what happened from my POV and then staff can take their decision

there was a big shoot out between ballas and grove, me beeing a grove member in full colours i was invovled in said shoot out.
The sit has already been going for a while when the police showed up so you entered an ongoing sit which you originally werent part of. 

Tok, our gang leader, was shot by police so i tried to rescue him from there, i was present at the scene since start on, if the clip would be a bit longer you can see me follow tok arround until i get a chance to rescue him from the Trojan officer. 

My main goal beeing to rescue my gang leader it wouldnt make a lot of sense if i went to rp with the officer who shot him before i try to rescue him since the officer would then just mag dump me as always and i would completly give away my advantage. 

During this entire situation i was on scene in full colours and the same car, the cars colour is assume where the main issue lies since i am not easily identifiable as a grove memeber when i am inside the car and i apolagise for that. 

There is one more point i would like to bring up, since you entered a sit in my opinion its part of your responsibilty to understand whats going on and who is invovled in the already on going sit as a police officer removeing those who arent invovled in the sit and arresting those who are invovled in the shoot out, me beeing arround for the entire sit since you showed up i was arround the area permantly keeping an eye on tok, therefore i am obviously invovled. 

However i do see the issue beeing that i am not clearly identifiable as a grove member when i am inside my car and i do apolagise for that. 

 
I understand that there was an ongoing fight with Grove and Ballas, but all the police were together in the ally way and on roofs around the gym area. We as Police officers have a duty of care to serve and protect. We wasn't a part of it until Tok shot a police officer. This made the police get involved.

I also understand you were a part of Grove but as you say, you were not identifiable. This is why I made the report. Even so, I don't think you just running me over without saying a word and not even any kind of interaction with me was made. As we know, this is an RP server and not just an TDM server. 

As to your last point, we wasn't going to get involved but a police officer was shot my Tok. 

I see where you are coming from, but I do think you need to learn from your mistakes. I say this which comes across as toxic/hostile, but I honestly have no tolerance for RDM/VDM etc. It ruins the server and I shall wait for a Staff opinion on this.

@LegendaryChaos Unfortunatly I do not, but if it helps, it was just after shot the grove member Tok in the ally ways of the gym and all that happened was that I was transporting him back to our ARV's as you see in the clip.

 
no not really considering there was an active shoot out going on i couldnt really walk up to a cop who just shot my boss to rp with him. 

 
Right, that is all I needed to know, I am gonna proceed with the report.

Terry Sharpe was transporting Tokjat towards his vehicle while there was a gunfight happening at Ballas turf. During the process ID 329 was interested in saving Tokjat as he was being arrested by the police, now it is quite clear that if someone's gang leader is being arrested and they see an open opportunity to save them then they most likely will but in this case scenario it was done differently. 

ID 329 proceeded to run over Terry without any sort of roleplay to save their gang leader, there could've been more roleplay done between the both parties before actually running them over. Now it depends on case to case scenarios, it doesn't matter if someone took your gang leader or your best friend, if the other party can't get any roleplay from you then attacking them would be RDM or RVDM depending on how you attack them. You decided to attack an officer without providing him any roleplay, it doesn't matter if he had your gang leader or not, how would the officer know you are in gang trying to save your leader or anything along those lines when you are going up to him in a random vehicle and running him over with no roleplay what so ever.

If you can not provide roleplay to the person arresting your gang leader then you should not even bother going up to them or running them over. It is a roleplay server and your priority should be providing roleplay to the people, if you think there are too many officers with guns in an area and you think that you can not do enough roleplay then you should not even bother going into that area trying to save your friend. If you think you can get for doing some aggressive roleplay then you should not even bother entering that area and change up your plan rather than running the officer with no roleplay.

What you could've done was go in there and tell the officer to let your friend go or you are gonna either shoot him or run him over or you could've just drove away and should've looked for another opportunity where you could provide more roleplay to the person arresting your friend. Just a bit of advice that is all. There is always room for improvement.
