Please (in detail) describe the incident
So i was in the police station waiting for someone to get on so i could go on patrol, then i see 33 get killed then right after log off. I asked him on ts and had a conversation with him but i feel like it went no where. He said he got RDMed then logged off so he doesnt loose his gear and he wasnt recording. He told me it was RDM because the guy said someone like put your hands up and he failed to comply so he shot him without a warning.[Might have got that part wrong a bit, not 100% sure]
