Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and my mates found a mechanic at the impound as he was by himself we all surrounded him and asked him to drop what he had, he had a large amount of black tokens from the casino and when we demanded him to drop them he was only dropping one at a time we couldn't be asked with this so we moved on then out of nowhere he literally slams his truck into us without ANY sort of roleplay killing about 3 people in the process as seen in the video.

in the second clip you can see the same truck used in the offence and you can hear my friend say ''not one by one'' as he was dropping the chips one by one as said before.

Hello, right I’m gonna try to pick up on a few points that you’ve made here, I am the truck driver and the victim of the robbery. 
 

The first thing I’d like to start with is the reason for why I believe that you have cut this clip into two halves. So as you were robbing me I started dropping all my stuff as to where all 3/4 of you started running off, the last person with me decided to start picking up the stuff I was dropping which gave me an opportunity to leave as I could unlock my truck and enter it, as there was no threat to me for that short period. 
 

I would also like to bring up the fact that there was nothing random about what I did fair enough I didn’t know there was a bike on the floor that would explode and I also didn’t know you had left the car however I knew by what you were wearing and the vehicle that it was you guys, therefore there was nothing random about it as you did just attempt to rob me… and fail… 

The last thing I want to bring up is you saying doesn’t engage in any sort of roleplay however didn’t you just run up to me while I’m impounding a vehicle pulling out weapons and not speaking then saying hands up hands up seconds after. 
 

If youre going to rob someone then you should expect the consequences tbh maybe you can learn a thing or two for the future and make it more enjoyable for both people instead of robbing me in 10 seconds going hands up drop your stuff and then you leave. Think about it from both points of view ? 

 
One last thing I'll comment on this report is that I am 90% sure that you are all communicating through discord as there is an echo from all of your mates but not from me. So i'll ask are you using discord with all your mates??

From the footage provided and there isn't a lot but purely going based off of the footage provided I have a few points on this,

Firstly, I'm not too sure what transpired prior to the video starting but when you were robbing him there was not much roleplay shown from you and your mates, if that's the type of roleplay your providing to other people that's something I suggest you and your mates changing fast because it looks like your just going around giving minimal RP and robbing people which is not something we want going around on the server.

Secondly, If you are robbing people with high quality RP or not you should expect some back lashes to come back from that if your not careful, I wouldn't say that he RVDMed as you just robbed him and he obviously identified you and your mates as you were just in the middle of the road and from the looks of it stealing a bike or robbing another person I'm not too sure.

Lastly, With your point @D DOGabout them using external communications such as Discord or TeamSpeak ect.. Yes they seem to be using it and we strongly discourage people from using external coms but there is no rule against using them but we do have a rule when using them you should always hot-mic all communications that may influence the course of roleplay, for example if you were beside someone ingame and you tell your friends on discord to rob him you should hot-mic that you want to rob him ingame as well, imagine as if you were using a radio basically.

Here is the rule when using external communications:

(G3.3) Hot Mic - While external communications are discouraged, if used, you must hot-mic all communications that have been made over any external methods or phone conversation when they are relevant to influencing the course of roleplay. This means that if you are communicating to fellow team members via any external methods or phone conversation and you are in audio proximity range of another player (they can hear you or your hands are up), you must hot mic any commands given so the rival player can overhear.

Now due to the fact the footage provided does not meet our requirements of providing at least 3 minutes of footage prior to the initial rule break this report will be closed.
