@AlexSnowSuttonWe require 5 mins of footage, but since that link allows me to review the full stream I have had a look.

With report a player, context is key, when doing this next time can I ask that you, select the correct rule (G1.1 RVDM),  (in detail) describe the incident and ensure the clips provided are relevant. As this helps us out massively, I appreciate you may have not done this before so wanted to provide some advice.

That been said I can see that this is completely random and the player is breach of RVDM:
