Prince then got taken to pillbox, got his medical attention and re-inserted himself in a situation where people from PSK that were taken from the gunfight got dodgied. Prince was not aware of any wrongdoing, because he set a 15 minute timer on his phone. We talked in QE about the fact that there's more to the NLR rule than the 15 minutes but Prince was not having it. I told him you cannot re-insert yourself in the situation that got you injured in the first place, but Prince says this is simply untrue.

After being shot in the original fight I was taken to pillbox by a Vagos member. Once I had gotten up, I was in pillbox for a while then I made way to my house and remained there for more than 15 mins, staff can check logs if need be. “(G4.3) When you respawn and NLR applies: Your character must not return to the location where you died/bled-out for at least 15 minutes. Your character must not re-enter the situation that caused you to respawn and must excuse themselves from the situation if they accidentally enter it.” After my 15 mins was over I made way to a new location where we had PSK members in zip ties. There is no NLR breach regarding this situation as I never made my way back to the original location where I first died to begin with.

You might want to re-read the rules Prince. G4.3 does not apply to you because you didn't respawn. G4.5 does, which you have sadly broken.

"Due to your injuries, you must not re-enter the combat situation that caused you to be downed, unless an aggressor forces you into combat. Deliberately placing yourself in a position that would re-enter you into that combat situation is not allowed." I didn't re-enter the combat situation that caused me to be downed. So therefore my response still applies, I went to a new location and it wasn't even a combat situation either.

Issue is, it was a continuation from the original scene. We had a shootout, your people took 2 of ours and dodgied them. You then inserted yourself in the scene again where they got dodgied/robbed/interrogated. There's a reason we didn't come back.

This has been addressed previously by Aiden, although potentially before you were in the Groups discord @qaws. The guidance is below, therefore I don't believe any rules have been broken on this occasion.

If you bleed out and respawn as a result of a fight
You may not get involved with the dodgy doctor as a result of that fight

If you are downed and revived
You may get involved with the dodgy doctor as a result of that fight, if both the following are true;

• Combat is not ongoing from the situation that led you to be downed at the dodgy doctor location (there needs to have been a clear break in combat)
• 15 minutes have passed as per NLR
