Please (in detail) describe the incident: For context:

Myself and a few others were out looking for some Padrino members in regards to an IC issue, we eventually found some and after a short gunfight we managed to take two of their members to a dodgy doctor where they received medical attention. We then moved them to another location, after a while of talking and attempting to gain some information from them, we soon found out they would rather die than say anything. We then decided to take '385' out of zipties, the rest you can see in the video provided.

At all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands.

- We had 3 assault rifles and a shotgun to '385' clearly telling him to drop his gun on the floor, to which he responds "say please and I will" I gave him multiple chances to drop his gun but yet he continues to ignore them. This to me is a clear breach of NVL.

Hi, I am the one in question here.

First and foremost, I completely understand your side. From my pov, you've had guns out the whole time we were there, so any "nerves" my char would've felt would be starting to subside. I was talking to Dillon when you first ask, so I wasn't necessarly focused on you. Then I turn and face you all to which I respond say please, something you refused to do. This went back and forth and ended up with me being shot.

I for one, was expecting a warning shot before being killed, at which point I would've dropped the gun and ammo - though this obviously did not happen. On reflection, I clearly pushed a little too far with the whole say please bit. Also, just to clarify at the end it sounds a little as if I am laughing whilst on the ground. This is not the case, I'm currently ill so was coughing.

Heyup gents!

As there won't be a liaison here, I've reviewed this report and reached the following conclusion:

@Upton24, you were initially shot by Steve prior to this, you were then resuscitated and subsequently shot again, around 20 minutes later.

Before getting shot the second time, you were confronted with multiple guns pointed at you. Rather than responding to these threats, you chose to joke around, most notably, asking @SteveStacy to "say please" multiple times. This itself demonstrates a blatant disregard for your characters life, especially when considering your previous injuries from being shot.

• You were given multiple opportunities to comply with Steve's orders, which were clearly communicated and acknowledged by you.
• You were outnumbered, and at a clear disadvantage.

Due to these facts, I will be approving this report and a warning will be issued onto your account @Upton24.
