Please (in detail) describe the incident: was just chilling at MRSP having some giggles with civs and this car starts ramming me out of nowere. Ignore the background noise i was dealing with my daughter xd

Any clips must include 3-5 minutes of unedited footage before the alleged rule break occurs so staff can gain some idea of context and lead-up.

Do you a few minutes prior to this as it looks like behind you there is someone detained by Police which could provide some context to why they rammed you with their car.

No worries, I'll get this wrapped up.

There are two key points that I'll cover:

• From watching the footage it appears you are standing and keeping watch whilst a guy down the alley was cuffed. The individual that ran you over could have been his friend, they could have roleplayed with the police performing the arrest prior so them running you wouldn't be random assuming you was there for the entire duration, etc. There are tons of what ifs which the short clip doesn't show.
• The report requirements state: Any clips must include 3-5 minutes of unedited footage before the alleged rule break occurs so staff can gain some idea of context and lead-up.
