Please (in detail) describe the incident: The time might be slightly off but it was around 7-7:30

So I not so long just got into the city when these 2 lads were cycling about and flipping us off, one of them we recognise as Bobby who we have had problems with who I have tried to rob but failed. They come back in a truck and we had enough so I hop on a bike with Chris and we follow them and after their car got tc'd and a shotgun shot got put into their car the 2 lads hop out, Bobby didnt listen when we told him to put his hands up so we shot him and let the other guy go as he was fine and took Bobby to the dam to dump him.

The second guy (the clip baldie 1 is actually the 2nd part) eventually came back and didn't listen to what we said and came back and began to act like his pal so we all got angro with him and eventually he and Lois got into a fight. As I was going over he would get downed, due to the fact he already saw us take his pal away we went to dump him. After getting him in a car and after his nice choice of words I begin to drive him to the dam so atleast he was with his friend. Ignoring his very impolite words I eventually roll the local into the water at which point he calls me a "n word"

I haven't tried discussing this with them as I believe we wouldn't get anywhere and to me they seem to just want to troll and not roleplay properly.

Can I also add that Bobby has returned with ID 331 and immediately asked for Lexi, Sammy and another girl, all of which he shouldn't remember as I was involved in his death

Well not much to say here for ID: 560.
They will be receiving a permanent ban for C1.2 - Discrimination.

@SamDoodlethe rest of your footage (In regards to Bobby) seems to be inconclusive, i will need you to provide better footage or this case will be closed for lack of it. 
I will give you 24h before the report is closed.

I'm not entirely sure what other footage I can send as the 2 situations happened close to eachother but I'm unable to send anymore at the moment as I am stuck in town away from my computer.

In terms of the nvl claim the 2 in the car being Bobby and his pal had a shotgun aiming at them close enough where they could easily get hurt yet they never listened.
