Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was trying to dump ID400, during this hes broke character, became OOC abusive, repeated called me a mong/retard/spastic and spoke about my speech impediment and failed to act injured at any point,

Reasons I also think he broke rules (C1.2)(C1.3) because ID400 did not stay in character at any point and just started to be abusive OOC I will add all the clips below.

Ive been called a "retard" etc even about my speech but its always done in roleplay and never seemed like OOC abuse at me, but with ID400 he broke character the instant he was in my car and it all was OOC hate or Discrimination.

Now I moved onto ID286, we had same issues with, he broke character, became ooc abusive and told me I "shag my kids"

These two are some of the worst I've come across on the server, even tho it may sound we are laughing but we stayed in character, after speaking about it OOC with each other, we all were disgusted especially with ID286 talking about "kids" etc I don't think this has any place in the real world never mind on a computer game, and it ruined my and a few others evening.

yeah ill hold everything I said, I broke OOC and said some offence things. you and your mate VDM (ongoing report) and had no RP, this is the second time in two days people like you have ruined RP situations for me and my friends on this server and you think just because you've been on the server for a while that you can get away with it. ill take a perm ban or whatever else they decide and I hope you take your punishment too.

That's all iv got to say about it, if the rules hadn't clearly been broken to get us in that situation then things wouldn't have got out of hand and OOC.

Even if a rule has been broken you still need to stay in character, you are simply using that as excuse to attack someone OOC and to send vile abuse,  99% of people play RPUK server for its roleplay and for the great community it has, Yes I've been on the server for a long time but I've never OOC attack someone over a possible disability, called someone a retard, spastic or mong, to a point when your friend told me to shag my kids and called me a nonce. You both are on the server to be abusive and not to roleplay if it doesn't go your way, it was said a few times from your friend "you guys are playing a game and we are just watching the football".

I'm not going to waste any more time with someone as toxic as you.

I was going to let this sit for a while to have some back and forth for both of your POVs whilst I had a little nap but after being made aware about his toxic OOC abuse in-game and on this report towards yourself, also his most recent reply which I have hidden due to the nature of it. I will be actioning this report.
