Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was on duty with two other officer and we arrived on scene to a stabbing, while doing so. 401 had stolen a vehicle Infront of us later on proceeding to run over multiple MOP with no RP interaction or any communications made from or to him.

There's not much more to say on the incident, the footage speaks for itself.
