Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and 2 others went to smeltery in an attempt to rob materials, 2 of us run inside and point our pistols at the guy telling him to put his hands up and not touch his radio. He followed these demands and did as we said, I then zip tie him and put a blindfold over his head and proceed to escort him to a local vehicle I had hidden round the corner from the smeltery. I place him in the boot of the vehicle and go back to the smeltery where me and 2 others load his pounder with his 322 steel. I go back to the vehicle by myself and take him down to the docks as the other 2 finish the last bits of loading. We get to the docks and I start questioning him to where I eventually tell him im going to cut his zipties and he needs to drop his weapon and only his weapon. He drops 2 other items from his inventory knowing they will turn into a box and keeps his switchblade, I tell him to put his hands up and he taps x and puts his hands up for a second as ive got my gun to my side attempting to ziptie him. He then turns around and stabs me twice. I believe this to be nvl as I pointed a gun at him and instructed him to drop his weapon and he ignored this clear demand and decided to stab me when I went to ziptie him. I did try to liason but we both saw it differently.
