What best describes this incident: (G2.12) Poor Quality Roleplay
Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was called on radio to assist with medical at a mass casualty incident after a shot out had occurred between police and members of this OCG. Upon arriving their was a large number of bodies scattered across the floor so I just started treating the first guy Infront of me.

I attempted to speak to him but received no response which I expected due to him most likely having GSW which was confirmed after I asked him what his injuries were through a /medical. In the clip you can see he tells me there is a GSW to his Chest and his arm so I begin treating him whilst talking through every step I'm doing so that if he "wakes up/ comes back to consciousness" he knows what's going on.

After patching up his chest and arm I go to check his pulse which is low ("20/100") but still there so I continue treatment and check his breathing. At the same time his friends begin to start passing away, this is understandable as unfortunately they couldn't get any treatment so it was bound to happen. All of a sudden he /medicals that the bullet is in his lung followed by hard breathing.

I immediately expected he was trying to just die along with his friends as most OCG do after a gunfight but continued treatment by placing a oxygen max on his face as he was still "heavy breathing". He then /medicals again saying his pulse has dropped to "10/70" which is lower but still a pulse so he is currently alive then 10 seconds later he's dead.

I called him to QE to discuss the situation and all he said was he had to go and that he provided medical RP signs he would die through the bullet to the lung and heavy breathing. I tried asking him suddenly saying he has life threatening injuries moments before he dies constitutes good RP but he just repeated the same stuff.

I apologies for the length of the clip as I wanted to show the whole medical RP from the start but unfortunately as much as I've tried I cant get my Mic audio to register so I have attached a clip from another officer on scene just to show I was t talking and not silent the whole time.

Hello Bob,

I want to explain further more, saw my clip and due I was whispering you couldn't hear me at all, I don't know why probably a mic problem, I was roleplaying Fade's injuries from the beginning. It passed 10 mins before your medical treatment came so at that time the bullet had made his effect and you mentioned that "The one at the chest is still there gonna put a wrapidclot over, alright?", the only thing I didn't wrote down was "/medical no pulse", but telling you twice Fade's pulse, first as it was 20/100 and after that 10/70 looking like pulse was going down fast because of the bullet in the lungs. After you checked me and said "If you can hear me show me any sign" I responded with "I can't breath" but due to the mic problem and whispering you can't hear me at all in your clip.

No I wasn't trying to die just because my friends died there, I told you in QE the reason I wanted to die but you responded with "No matter what I'm taking this to forum" and left the call. I don't think it was a Poor Quality RP reason you can see me roleplaying injuries and showing signs that Fade was about to die.

To be honest I don't know what else to say. If staff has any questions I'm happy to respond.
 
I've watched both videos and honestly I don't see a massive issue here - arguably you both put in as much effort as each other. While it wasn't the most amazing medical RP I've ever seen, there was definitely effort put in from both sides here. He made it clear from the start he had a serious injury and worked towards his conclusion.

While I'd always encourage people to see situations through, he has respawned after attempting to do some medical RP with you. For what it's worth as well, I have checked and he did indeed log off afterwards.
