Please (in detail) describe the incident: We went to MRPD to transport 4 PICs to prison and upon arrival we noticed these 4 people outside waiting. We got called to another transport and upon leaving they requested to visit an inmate by the name of "george saint geegland " which was the name in the dispatch. We told them we have another job to attend but we would be happy to do a visitation once we're freed up.
Once we arrived back at prison and processed the 2nd PIC I went into the courtyard to search for "Geroge" who was the inmate while Fisher Hendry went to the reception to conduct a search on all of the visitors.
I searched George prior to bringing him into visitation (Medal Clip) and all they had on them was:
1,250 cash
1 bandage
1 sheet of plastic
3 smart phones
After the search George was escorted over to the visitation room and I went into the reception to help search the visitors. At no point did Geroge have a radio on his person prior to entering visition.
After visitation was over Geroge was searched again and he had a radio in his possesion which he never had minutes prior. We're unsure to who actually passed the radio through the glass but you hear "Cara Saint Geegland" saying "Here ya go gramps" and see who I believe to be Bobby Delta doing the animation to pass an item on the YouTube clip.
Due to the uncertainty who passed the item through the wall I've provided the IDs of all the visitors; I didn't manage to catch the ID of the inmate who recieved the item and only a name.
It's mentioned in the YouTube clip by Fisher "This old guy somehow has a radio and 3 phones" but the phones was in his possesion prior to visition and it seems to be only the radio passed through the wall.
Usually I resolve this in Liason but upon asking in OOC something along the lines of "To those that had visitation how did you manage to pass a radio through thick concrete walls and bullet proof glass" with the only response being from staff telling me to make a report. I didn't see any of that group responding to my message.
Fisher told me he asked them to go to Liason https://gyazo.com/1a3926789fcc3863f707dd84f52fcf76 but unsure to if this happened so to play it safe I'll mark it as not attempted to resolve.
It might only be a minor thing to pass a radio through the wall but it's not the first time something like this has happened and weapons have also been passed into prison this way. It's also common sense you cannot pass items through walls and passing items through walls is an example mentioned with the exploiting rule on the rules page.
