What best describes this incident: (G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM) - Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.)
Please (in detail) describe the incident: During a situation between Ballas and police on Power Street. I was in Pillbox Hospital. Once i was treated, I left pillbox to go to MRPS due to having no vehicle. This is when I had noticed 2 Ballas vehicles approaching from behind me. Without any forum of engaging in RP I was deliberately hit and ran over by 422 vehicle and then shoot in the head. He then came by a said "That's for taking our leader" and then drove off. At this moment in time i can confirm that 422 did ran me over however unsure if it was 422 or the second vehicle (Which was behind me) that shoot at me.

You can tell by my reaction that this was uncalled for and very poor RP by 422. Not knowing anything of the situation or knowing if i was involved prior and be random shoot at. The fragging mentality by Ballas has gotten out of head and because of this situation I believe that this is in clear violation of G1.2

First all of I'd like to point out that clips must be 3-5 minutes long if you're going to report,

Secondly I would like to praise your amazing RP from getting run over and then shot honestly top tier.

Not to sure on timings of when this was but we had just been shooting police next to Pillbox and and if it is around the same time then its as simple as being wrong place wrong time.

Also the claim on frag mentality is a bit sad, just sounds like to me you're upset because you got killed, Also I said in OOC that I would join QE after the sit was done but clearly you're one of them people who cant separate your hate for Ballas OOC from you character so you slapped a report up basically as soon as possible.

I'd like to point out that you pulled your Glock as soon as you seen the Ballas cars, why is that?

@Jessie Bennett - Unfortunately i have already tried to reupload my clip to get the time back. However, it hasn't worked and can't not hear any game play.

The extra minutes will only show me in a hospital bed as i was there just over 10 minutes. That's it. Nothing more nothing less.

Unfortunately I have tried to get back the BWV it doesn't show anything apart from a black screen and only audio. That being send it would only show me in pillbox before i leave as shown in my provided BWV. I was shoot randomly by someone who involved themselves in the Ballas conflict with firearms. Unknown if they are Ballas or not. I was then picked up by a group of people and taken to pillbox. From there is where you can see in my provided BWV collecting my things and leaving pillbox to go to MRPD as there was no vehicle for me.
 
Sorry for the delayed reply, I have 3 minute clip of when we regrouped at Alta fuel to then go back out to fight the police, you can see us actively tracking Blackhawk and identifying police. I can upload this later when on my PC.

A small rundown of what happened to lead to us shooting police, we were at hotzone when a lot of police attended the area, we dispersed back into the city and a minute or so went by and the police targeted our gang leader, so naturally we’re going to attempt to help him. He was eventually shot dead and arrested.

Naturally we as a gang are going to retaliate, which we did, we shot and killed a number of police at upper power street, leading towards pillbox, legion and then the police station. We had some gang members in colours and some out of colours attacking the police. Whilst you was in Pillbox the fighting between Police and Ballas didnt stop.

We regrouped at Alta fuel and went back towards MRPD and pillbox which is where I saw this police officer running across the road and I took my chance.

When I saw you at lower pillbox and got close enough in my car I saw this officer had his pistol in his hand, so I used my vehicle to make the first move, after I finished him off with my Revolver, just wrong place wrong time.

With that being said you was directly involved in the shootout being only about 10 metres away from where tysons car broke down and the fighting started. You also claimed to have been shot randomly which put you in Pillbox in the first place but no report on them… I believe you were shot by a balla out of colours (Alex Barclays) kill logs should confirm who killed him.

But again, why did you pull your gun at the site of a purple car? Could you not have waited for the situation to finish regarding QE? I did respond saying after sit I will join, I also @ you in OOC saying I was ready and then a few minutes later I see this report.

When you first put the report up you're claiming you didn't know anything about Ballas and Police shooting and now you're saying it’s someone who involved themselves in the shootout. What story are you going to stick with... the one that pushes a false narrative to make Ballas look bad or the truth where you know you died to a Balla and was caught in the wrong place?

With this report I can see in the clip the officer leaves lower pillbox and runs outside, then sees a car and proceeds to run and equip his weapon, obviously the officer knew danger was imminent.

Now as much as this isn't G1.2 - RDM, after viewing the two videos it does become apparent to me that there was no quality roleplay there, it wasn't random but there wasn't any roleplay, hitting someone with a car and screaming "PUSSY" is not the high quality roleplay we expect to see from any players on this server much less whitelisted groups.

I will say also that in future when reported/reporting provide evidence and statement from each side, none of this cheap shots at one another.
