Please (in detail) describe the incident: 428 was observed by myself stabbing locals in Little Seoul but unfortunately for him one of the locals shot and downed him. I put 428 in my vehicle and took him to Pillbox Hospital however before admitting him I wanted to remove his blade and advised I would be carrying out a search. Before I could carry out the search 428 vanished, after waiting for around 6-8 minutes he returned and when asked if he is good to continue he explained he didn't really want to and again quickly vanished. I waited around for some time he returned on one occasion noticed I was still standing in the same position and quickly vanished again.
