Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was robbing the safe of the store in grapeseed, I saw someone pull up and got ready to take them hostage as I did not want them to stop me from robbing it. I got the person at knifepoint and they surrendered, I then started to search them and saw they also had a drill and bits, I have no other bits and know drills are expensive, so i wanted him to drop them. He then ran away from me at knifepoint and drove away. I then offered for him to come back and we could continue the RP before the rulebreak, rather than to report, however he did not want to, and then further refused to liaision. I asked him one more time if he wanted to liaison rather than for me to report him, he then accused me of threatening to report him, along with multiple other people who immediately started also accusing me of threatening to report in OOC, I then realised they were all in a call together as they all seem to have missunderstood the threats to report rule at the same time. So i just decided to make this instead.
