Please (in detail) describe the incident: On shift as PC Billy McAles and while at Paleto Bay Police station I see a taxi run a red light. I attempted to stop the taxi but he continued to drive. I followed 430 until he went off road and attempted to drive up a large hill. At this point I ordered him out of the vehicle at taser point and 430 proceeded to combat log. Apologies, unsure why the video hasn't picked up my voice audio during the clip.

Nothing on discord to acknowledge the combat log.
