Please (in detail) describe the incident: We had a PIC who needed hospital treatment after being tasered. We took him to Pillbox and checked him in, after a short while we discovered his recovery percentage wasn't going past 12%. We suggested he go to sleep and wake back up again to resolve the issue. While trying to get him to pop his head he proceed to ask us computer based questions and talk about angels in the sky. After a very long time he eventually popped his head, we waited twenty minutes for him to return but he never came back.
