Please (in detail) describe the incident: ID 443 was surrounded by 7/8 people, had guns pointed at him, was told to put his hands up to be searched and then zip tied, as he is being searched and the person searching is in the animation, he proceeds to start trying to punch him while at a clear disadvantage. (Starts around 1:05 into the footage)
