Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was called to Vespucci Station to collect a PIC for transport to prison, when i arrived i had a short chat with the officer and gained the information i needed to book them into prison
When i was to enter the cell to cuff them and ill admit looking back it is a tight one, the guy claimed i was combat cuffing them, i will admit it does look very close as i have the hotkey for cuffing on the side of my mouse, i did chat in QE as it seems to have looked a bit different for the 3 of us,
to 455 he said he was already attacking me when i cuffed and in my eyes i believe i pressed it at the exact same time he must have clicked to punch me as i always use the hotkey, and the officer i believe was Slawek he didn't say anything looked like combat cuffing so i assume for him maybe it looked fine, 455 said in LOOC i should uncuff him and let him try again, now if we were out in the streets sure i could give him another go, but he was already in the cells and wasn't going anywhere, so i had planned on talking after getting to prison and trying to clear it up
after a while i decided to go back in and escort him to the van as i had another PIC already in there, as i walk him out the cells he disappears
we wait for a moment and after i would say 5 mins he comes back and starts to attack the 3 of us around him, he was asked to go to QE after he was booked in so we could chat so me him and Slawek went into QE to talk, at first he made up a tale of his monitor disconnected and he must have crashed out, then finally admitted he used Alt F4 to leave as he said it was 100% combat cuffing and it was unfair so he quit to get out of the cuffs and have a go at fighting us
i have tried to edit the clip so it speeds through the long boring parts but part of it seems to have corrupted of something, so i can also upload the full clip but its a full 10min one but i can add it, i did record the call but medal wasn't set to record from discord so i have lost that but i believe slawek has the call recorded
i will admit looking back in the footage its probably questionable as i pressed the button as soon as i was close and as there is abit of a delay i feel it gave him time to turn as of how the animation works, ill accept maybe i should have uncuffed him after i rewatched but you cant really pause the RP to go back and rewatch
But its not really acceptable to combat log just to have it your way, where he could have asked me to come to QE and discuss then i could have rewatched and apologised or however the outcome would have gone
