Please (in detail) describe the incident: Firstly apologies for the quality of the medal clip, I appreciate it is a little choppy. I am almost certain the player ID is 465 as seen in the clip but understand if it's not clear enough.

I had a head on collision with 465 at the bottom of Elgin Ave. I turned my van around to speak to 465 and let him know he had ruined my van. I fixed the van and the player asked "what would you like me to do about it" I claimed an apology would be nice, before being asked to place my hands up and get out of the van. I complied with this and was shot pretty instantly.

I asked the player to come to discord for a chat about the situation twice but to no avail.

Good evening @David Dodger, thank you for making this report!

I've had a look into the footage below and I am happy to agree that this player has indeed breached rule G1.2!
This didn't start well by smashing into you and driving off, at the point of which he told you to put your hands up he gave you no time at all to comply with any of his demands before shooting you.
Due to the above, I will be actioning this report with the following today:
