What best describes this incident ?: VDM/Ramming and no voice. No Rp at all.
Please (in detail) describe the incident: A guy in a hospital gown drove into auto exotic in a stolen local car, he ran around inside the workshop and would not respond to any of my staff asking him to leave. He then ran around all of our cars trying to access them, he was approached by a number of people and told to leave and in the process of leaving he hit me with his car door knocking me to the floor. He then drove a little way up the road turned around and drove straight into several parked cars where people were standing, in my eyes his intention was to run people over but luckily we were all between the vehicles he hit. He was then chased across the road where he was taken to the ground by force. Paramedic John Amplify responded to his call and when arrived was told the situation and therefore refused treatment and tried to contact a god for help and was told we had to make this report. ID467 the offender did not say a word during all of this there was no interaction from him at all.
