Please (in detail) describe the incident: Not too much detail required for this, it was a brief encounter with someone who appeared to be relatively new to the city.

While on duty as a DC P Vera, i witness someone assaulting PC Wolf and subsequently down him.

I intervene, arrest the male, only to encounter a racial slur, followed by a combat log.


Attempted to make staff aware/reach out via OOC, by this time he had disappeared.

Hi @Paul Mo, thank you for this report!

There isn't much to discuss here, what was said in this clip is a clear breach of C1.2 and not an acceptable comment.
I have checked out the logs and matched it with your clip which also confirms the player in question had combat logged with no attempt of returning. 
Due to the above, I will be actioning this report today. 

Action: Player has already been banned, they will have this added to the current ban.
