Please (in detail) describe the incident: Had 50 at Construction Dodgy Doctor, we had numerous guns to his head and had revived him. With several guns to his head and numerous audible instructions to drop his gun 50 flexed his hands up emote showing he was present but failed to drop his gun. This was escalated and he was given a threat to life after instructions were not followed and continued to not do as he was told. Subsequently failing to value his life leading to him being shot. I will only be responding to staff on this ticket

Hi, I have just woke up and seen this report on myself. Here is the clip of my POV of the situation.https://medal.tv/games/gta-v/clips/UtrZOLktLByAo/d1337keZS231?invite=cr-MSw2aVAsMjgzNjMzNTYsAs you can see I get revived and told to put my hands up, police arrive at the situation and many of the Ballas run away while 2 stand behind me. I hear no further comms due to an audio bug and keep my hands up, I don't attempt to do anything else and get shot. If you were to have asked to speak to me in Liaison I would have happily shown you this clip and cleared any of your misconceptions but you have chosen to go straight to a report. I understand your viewpoint, however I am not stupid enough to NVL and not drop my stuff had I actually been able to hear you.

Scotty you could've asked to discuss in a liason,
Jonnie you could've used it to let them know you couldn't hear them/were having audio issues.

The situation looked tense from both sides so I think this matter has just resolved itself.
It wasn't a rule break, it was an unfortunate case of a bug.
