Please (in detail) describe the incident: A few of us was chilling around Tire Nutz until this unknow person came on 2-3 different occasions, ramming large vehicles into us and our parked cars, ive heard from others that he has done this to multiple other locations, this person never spoke to us before hand to give him reason to do such a thing.

((Just adding here that we had issues with 508 as well. He came to Power Street and rammed us numerous times. At the end of it we downed him and as I went to get rid of the body, he said "If you let me live I won't do it again, but if you kill me, I'll just come back when I'm alive again".))

@SummerI can see you are trying to help, if you had an issue with this player its best to do it on a separate report as commenting on reports that do not involve you can lead to forum restrictions.

@BillyyThanks for you report, I can see that this player has been an issue and is showing that he is not here to RP, this is a breach of RVDM.
