Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and my friend were hanging out outside Marabunta shop (like we have for the past few hours) literally just chilling and doing /smoke4 animation. Some guy runs up to me starts trying to punch me with knuckles without any warning whatsoever until what it looked like i had been knocked down, he said "billy stevens sends his regards". He's also saying that i tried shooting him a minute ago which is why he done what he done, which i have not done (clearly seen with 6 minutes of footage before the incident).

My friend stabbed him and we left him there since it seemed like there was an active shooting happening there.

He's done no RP for the stab wounds

(Apologies during the video you can't hear my voice but i said to him "what the hell are you doing" as he's trying to punch me)

I would have asked him to come to TeamSpeak but i really had to fly out the server to go to work (which is what me and my friend were talking about before the incident)

my side of the story was that i was part of a scene where gang members from that turf shot at me and billy stevens and we got away for them so when we circled back around we saw these two standing in the same area as the guys we were in a scene with so i carried on the RP by attacking them its my bad that I didn't clarify if they were a part of it and I would have been completely fine with talking it out on teamspeak but I didn't think it was that big off a problem because he didn't raise the issue in ooc so I thought he was fine with the scene.

You can't just attack people with no warning whatsoever just because they're "standing in the same area", we were very clearly just standing outside the shop and having a smoke. Imagine if there was a shootout and police response came down with firearms, and instead of neutralising actual threats, just started shooting at everyone "standing in the same area" This would be a case of very very poor RP and in my opinion RDM.

Did you not consider that if I was trying to shoot at you before, or actively engage in the situation, I would not just be "chilling around having a cigarette", and most likely attack you on sight?
I was also not dressed like the people from that turf at all, which most(if not all of them) wear blue masks.

As you was attacking me, i asked you, what are you doing(unfortunately can't be heard in footage) and you just carried on swinging your fists with no response whatsoever(until what it seemed like I got knocked out, ONLY THEN you spoke and said "billy stevens sends his regards") so we had to try and defend ourselves.

We showed no threat to you until you almost knocked me down, which is when my friend stabbed you.
 

After you got knocked down I specified MULTIPLE TIMES that we have nothing to do with the ongoing situation or whatever happened to you before you attacked us, which you didn't seem to care about, calling me and another guy names and saying how you "saw me in my dusty mask shooting at you"

What about the extreme lack of RP? You specified that you have just been shot at a few minutes ago, yet you parkour off the top of a building like it's nothing. After you're knocked down with multiple stab wounds, you DID NOT RP ANY OF THOSE INJURIES, and you was running your mouth as if you willingly chose to lay there.

In terms of OOC, yeah i didn't bring it up as i literally had to head off to work right away, so I understand your point with that.

From what I can see it's a clear cut case of RDM, but I think it may have been accidental, I understand that maybe in the heat of the moment you for some reason thought they were involved, and the only time you ever "spoke" was to send someone's regards. 

Please next time ensure, you make yourself known, give verbal commands, make sure they were ever involved in said situation. 
There was no threat made from @Enzo Raviand his friend towards yourself, the only time you can see them "fight" is when they defend themselves against yourself @Boga Sheldon jr.

I believe this is also a part of the situation. 



I will be issuing you a 1 day ban, I believe your mistake was genuine. However the way you went about it, was not the right way. 
While downed, also next time ensure you're also roleplaying out your injuries, talk injured, act injured, /me commands. 
Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM.
