Please (in detail) describe the incident: Changing our clothes at the shop when 2 guys walked in and asked if we were new to the city. We said no and then they said good byes etc before one of them turned around and then without saying a word tried to stab 421 multiple times before running off. Even 403 (his mate) said "im not sure why hes done that".

With the evidence provided I have managed to find out the player that attempted to stab your friend, its clear in the video that there was no quality roleplay provided or reason for him to stab you or your friend. This is a clear cut case of RDM so lets proceed...
