Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and friends were waiting for someone to come do bin runs with us when a stolen UC Police car came up. We proceeded to get into a fight. When 554 was incapacitated he proceeded to say the F Slur. Then sounded proud that he had said it. Not much else to it.
