Please (in detail) describe the incident: Took this guy to Mt Chilliad due to a prior RP situation. The guy clearly isn't valuing his life while being at a clear disadvantage.

@razzz7Can you explain why a report was made please? I've watched the video and in said evidence the player was in zipties just mentioned they aren't scared to die. Is there more to this than that?

We wanted to go forward with the RP but him completely failing to act scared for his life, and saying stuff like "what have i got to lose". and saying stuff like "shut up you twat" when a gun is pointed at him something one wouldn't be saying when a gun is pointed to there head. I thought the above would be enough but I have attached the later part aswell for you to review. Apologies for the inconvenience

First off thank you for taking the time to make the player report. I've had a look over both videos, Now it is clear there was more to this than meets they eye, More so pointing out they we're robbing someone in the shop. Now who's to say they wasn't giving fear prior to the edited videos being provided, It's context that matters within situations to give us a clear outlook of the situation after the fact. 

Now from the videos the player was already in zipties meaning they did indeed value their life prior to being on top of Mt Chiliad. One could indeed argue they didn't fear the outcome of their actions, However we couldn't assume their characters back round, For all we know they had a hard run of it and they may have given up on life, Again it would just be us assuming. Whilst yes they didn't fear dying there is a lot more than what's shown.

Do I believe a rule in a sense was broken, Simply no however they could of indeed feared for their life but again without context it's hard to determine. As this was the only evidence provided I will be going ahead and denying the report as from the outset the situation was still on going and the edited clips whilst yes don't look the best it's also now showing the full story.
