Please (in detail) describe the incident: 621 Randomly drives into me with no prior roleplay, at first it could seem like it was an accident however he then does a U-turn and goes straight for me again. I follow him down the road and it seems he is just crashing into any player he sees. He doesn't say a word throughout and then I down him. He then logs off around 1 minute later.

His ID can be seen clear at 1:33 in the clip.

Thanks for your report, I have reviewed the footage and I mean it clear that this player is new and doesn't care to roleplay and just wants to go out of his way to break rules, not only did he RVMD you but tried to RDM you then combat logged shortly after being down by yourself.
