Please (in detail) describe the incident: Rules Broken:
(G1.1) Random Vehicle Death Match (RVDM) - Using your vehicle as a weapon (Running players over, causing explosions, ramming player vehicles) without a valid roleplay reason is considered RVDM.
Whilst standing outside of MRPD providing legal advice to several groups of people (causing me extreme stress!!) a random man (Player ID: 645) can be seen drifting around the corner before correcting himself and driving straight into our group before fleeing. During the hour of our group standing at MRPD we had not seen the player once and this was our one and only incident with him before he decided to ram into three of us killing them instantly.
I believe the video is fairly clear cut as it shows the driver literally line up before ramming into us without saying a word.
