Please (in detail) describe the incident: Myself and Busy were responding to a reported drug deal. Saw a bike seemingly doing a drug deal in front of us. When indicated to stop, he immediately started firing at us. As heard in the video, I was confused as it was a very short time from when he was indicated to stop, to the point he started shooting, and with the server being in a weird lagging state. Nonetheless, he ended up downing Busy in this scenario before I was able to get him myself.

I agree with the above, it is indeed RDM.

I was too excited and forgot to initiate. We went to Church Hill and discussed it and I thought it was resolved, I guess not?
