Please (in detail) describe the incident: An officer pursuing a vahicle finds the suspect having combat logged to evade police. We hang around the area and wait to see if the suspect returns. 5-10 minutes go by and he reappears. When I get close to him he combat logs again. Luckily I got his session ID
