What best describes this incident: Unrealistic driving and potential hacking (no engine damage to vehicle)
Please (in detail) describe the incident: The person we've ID'd (at 03:51) have been trolling and baiting (G1.3) Power St. PDM for the past 3 days, they usually come around in a stolen vehicle OR attempt to steal vehicles from the dealership (and forecourt). Their character have been dealt with in the past few days but kept returning and continue to become a nuisance to the business.

We have engaged into a chase and attempted to disable their vehicle, but after several successful attempt of crashing into their vehicle - their vehicle's performance never declined. They have also engaged in unrealistic driving (G1.8) twice - once launching off a vertical ramp near the airport at 03:37 and another time from the freeway to the scrap yard at 04:28. We suspect there may be cheats involved with this accusation.

We have attempted to resolve the issue within Q.E., which took 10+ minutes for the accused to join - he declined any sort of accusation and told us to "stfu and stop crying".
