Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and Ted were on the island and had seen that 229 was robbing a Azteca via group chat. 229 was posing as a white coloured gang called "Ghetto Boys" and every time they have posed as this group its because they are out robbing or causing a gun fight. After myself and Ted were pulling into the dock at Marina we had seen a white car and the driver was also wearing white so instantly Ted and I went to try kidnap him and trade him for the Azteca who was non responsive in the group chats. Unfortunately even though he had 2 guns pointed at him he decided to radio as seen in the footage resulting in myself and Ted getting killed at Marina. I believe this to be a clear breach of G2.4 .

Hi @Nex Fuze, thank you for your time in making this report!

After reviewing the footage, I can agree that this is indeed a breach of G2.4!
The player in question was at a clear disadvantage in this situation and given clear instructions to put his hand up, deciding to go onto his radio and call out that he's being robbed doesn't make any sense at all.
Due to the above, I will be acting on this report today with the following:
