Please (in detail) describe the incident: My friend got jumped by two people while in the clothes shop and managed to knock them both out (previous to the clip provided) We left the shop and decided to go back to dispose of the two who tried to attack my friend and they wouldn't let us carry them and their friends soon turned up to take them to hospital.

Yes, the people on the floor were knocked out so not supposed to have communication with anyone else.

I've reviewed the footage provided and I can say even though they are downed they can still refuse the carry option as the feature is there for players to make that choice or not, its not against the rules to refuse the option but the players have failed to roleplay their injuries as the where heavily injured and they will receive a warning for not Roleplaying their injuries.
