Please (in detail) describe the incident: Good afternoon
I was at the smelter where people were trying to steal my coal/coal coke I was smelting. I called the police and one was detained however the one other was still inside stealing. At 0:29 you can hear him say "hes killing me" as if talking to someone in discord, which is his friend on the outside near the road. I knocked him down and went to take him to the police station. Taking matters into my own hands, thinking i did not want him to remember me or what he was doing and comeback for me, i went to chuck him in the water. He called NHS and i pulled over to take his radio so he couldnt call for help. All of a sudden, his friend comes out of nowhere and 73 says he sent gps when he had his phone which he cant do when hes knocked down. Which once again is him more than likely just sharing his screen. I did look over my shoulder multiple times to see he wasn't tailing also.
Sorry for the echoey audio. I will try to fix it. I logged off after this altercation since I did not want to deal with any more of the stupidity.
