Please (in detail) describe the incident: At 2230 we were chilling outside of the Arcade when an unknown player walks around the corner and starts shooting everyone. He strangely managed to firm multiple headshots. Once he was downed and taken to a dodgey he NVL'd multiple times and kept calling out our steam names. I believe these to be hacks, RDM and NVL.
