Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and a few others went on our Italian characters and caused some trouble to the Police. I was being held by 778 (Officer that NVL'd), the group I was with then tried to hold the officer up in order to help me escape and to get me out of cuffs. The officer did not listen to any of our demands and did not value his life at all.

I believe it altered the situation qutie a bit since I would have been able to escape with my group and Roleplay with others however I was arrested. We did try and reach out to the officer in an attemot to resolve the Issues OOC however after watiting in QE for 5 minutes we decided to leave and instead write up this report. During this whole event after being downed, he kept taunting us and didant even try to act injured. Not the best Roleplay in my opinion and could have been improved from the Officer.

Hello there and thank you making me aware of this for the first time.

I am sorry that you felt that I had NVL and can only apologise if you feel this way.

Yes from your video (front view) you can clearly see the gentlemen on the left side with a bladed article, this I did not see at first from my eyes until the gentleman on left of me hit me with a hammer.

I was too focused on getting you to the front door as you had been arrested previously, and yes looking back at my video you can just make out something on the hand of the gent to my right.

During the time that I had escorted you in the hospital I could not make you out clearly especially when we had gone down the lift as you had been screaming and shouting constantly and I had asked you to please stop shouting as could not make you out (At times over distorted) I believe others also asked you to stop shouting as they too were having trouble understanding you.

When we were upstairs in the lobby as I was moving you to the front door the other 2 gents that appeared were all screaming and due to your deep voice and their higher pitched voices, I am sorry, but I never heard the instructions you were demanding clearly, I could hear you saying uncuff me as I was on radio whilst listening to what was coming over the frequency.

when I was on the floor, I only said one thing to the gent with the yellow hair. I never spoke to you once I was quiet.

You tried to resolve the situation with the player(s) before reporting: Yes, -   as you said you tried to reach out in ooc but dependant on the time I may have gone to sleep as think I logged off round about 0310 or a little sooner, I had no messages in discord to say please come to a OOC chat as i would have came and had a chat with no issues.

Again, apologies but the full time I have been in the City I have always Valued my life and will continue to do so, should I have seen the knife straight away or heard clearly, I would have complied.

You can clearly see the weapons mate in the clip you have provided, even though we had voice changers on we still made clear and concise commands and told you to uncuff me. Yet again you went against our orders mate even when you were at a clear disadvantage. 

I will not be replying to this any further unless staff ask me to.

Jason I can only apologise again for this, my intensions were not to break any rules within the game especially the NVL rule.

@Jason ZanettiThank you for this report and I have reviewed the evidence from both sides.

The NVL rule has been breached at one point @welshpayou have two people around you with weapons and you are holding the suspect (you are at a clear disadvantage), they are giving you demands and you continue to speak on the radio and then further this by pressing your panic button, which has resulted in you getting knocked to the ground. If you would have stopped using your radio and communicated with the people around you at the time, you could have slowed this down and listened to the demands. As ultimately this enhances the roleplay.

Please take this advice on board.
