Please (in detail) describe the incident: Tried taking mans gun and stuff from him and he just rolls out the way whilst there is a knife to him.... Tried contacting him OOC and was given "Shouldnt bring a knife to a gunfight lad"

Hello pal. 

Shame to see it has come to a report. I'll begin dismantling the report. First of all you claimed you have tried to resolve the situation but I don't believe you have. All that you had put in OOC was 

.

Moving on to the NVL claim. I had managed to obtain a good distance between you and myself which is when I pulled out my machine pistol and shot you. I would also like to point out at the time I had a full armour vest on. 

I attempted to return to the scene to continue the Roleplay but you weren't there. Care to explain how you were found please?

@ValiantedYou have been taken hostage and in zip ties, you have then been removed from them and given clear instructions to drop the gun, the knife is raised at all times. You are at a clear disadvantage but you decide to jump away and then shoot him in the head. You have not valued your life and in direct breach of G2.4.

Due to this the following action will take place:
