Please (in detail) describe the incident: I Lewis Dunk was escorting Ben Caine to HMP for 30 months, along side PC Sam Howard and PPC Frank Jenkings. We left vespucci police station in an unmarked black skoda. Shortly after passing Triad turf, a comet vehicle drive by Terry Akinson pulled up behind us shouting 'pull over the vehicle now'. PC Sam Howard immediatley radio'd for further assistance when he was suddlenly shot out of the police car and downed with no demand or mention of concequences. I continued driving and Terry just kept on shooting at police bearing in mind Ben was sat in the back seat and could have easily been caught in the cross fire, without any further communication to the polce other than initally telling us to stop the car. He further downed another 3 police officers armed with Tazers with just myself returning fire with a pistol oppersite legion parking. After I was downed, Terry drove to another unarmed officer who was merely documenting the situation and shot and killed him also. After all officers were down, Terry got in the unmarked Skoda and made off.

After Terry drove off, we took to OOC chat to clarify what had happened. Terry said something along the lines of 'i asked you to pull over and you didn't so you got shot'. Asking someone to pull over is not a valid reason to then open fire on them and is extremeley poor role play. The conversation carried on OOC and Terry said things along the lines of 'you police don't have to win every situation you know. Collectivley Terry was asked 5 times to come to Team Speak in police liason 1 to solve the issue. He replied with 'report it if you want, im not going to TS, have a good day'. I warned Terry one last time to solve this via teamspeak to see if this could be resolved without a report but he didn't respond.

Seeing as Terry provided little to no roleplay, blatently broke the rules and refused to solve the issue via team speak I am reporting him for RDM. Terry was very quick to use his weapon and broke the server rules, I do not believe he is providing the high standard of roleplay required for RPUK. Good evening @Zulu77In relation to the youtube video do you have a bit of a longer video showing 3-5 minutes prior to being shot for us to review by any chance or anyone else in the vehicle? Also do you happen to have any evidence with sessionheads? If not is the time posted the exact time this happened?

Hello, I was involved in this incident first of all, and my evidence has been used for this player report, the incident occurred around 11:35-11:45AM on Friday 8th April, OOC screenshot time taken has been attached

Thank you for taking the time to make the report @TommyTV and apologies for the delay in response. Overall with cases of RDM/RVDM ect we would require a video of at least 3-5 minutes however as per the ooc messages it lines up that when Terry shouted from the vehicle this was the first interaction between yourselves and him, So based on that I'll go ahead and post my comments below and the conclusion of this report.

Around 1:04 the camera is turned around and you see a vehicle coming on the incorrect lane of travel. Around 1:10 you hear Terry saying to pull over the car lad, Get him out of that car right now, Then again asking you to get him out of the car so backup was called. After this shots we're fired downing yourself then additional shots that downed the rest of the officers in the vehicle. Overall this is very poor roleplay and would fall under RDM as shown in the rules  Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. Just asking someone to pull over then giving 4-5 seconds isn't quality roleplay.

I understand that Terry did want to get his gang mate out of custody as he mentioned in ooc chat, However just asking someone to pull over isn't high quality roleplay and shooting should be in the back of the mind as a whole since there are many things that could of happened in order to create interesting roleplay as a whole before going down the route of killing anyone, Maybe this might of been something that could of been sorted in TS however as Terry did confirm he wouldn't like to talk.
