Please (in detail) describe the incident: Good evening firstly,

I have encountered verbally with a motorcycle after the rider was seen not wearing a helmet, and have spoken with the male. After having some minor conversation in regards to this, the male 'Bruno Clark' has then, whilst speaking with officers with no form of aggressiveness or any form of escalation or threats made has then shot both officers inside the vehicle for absolutely no reason whatsoever to enhance or progress an in-roleplay situation.

From my personal perspective, this is shocking. After playing here for countless years and coming back from a break, if this is what the standard of a white listed faction now is, then I have lost hope, sadly.

I did not attempt to go to a liason in regards to this matter, as I think, as the video shows, actions speak louder than words and for an OOC reply of 'fuck around find out' says it all really. Hopefully, there is an improvement for people who play the server actively.

To say honestly this is a fuckaround and find out situation. You literaly openely admited you like to bait people (while doing it yourself) in the conversation in game and what can you expect ?

Not to mention you also said straight into OOC that you were going straight to report can't be bothered with QE so what answer you expect me to do. I aint apologising for an action i don't believe to be wrong especially considering the fact you are hard baiting people and ADMITING to it in RP and everything.
If you werent expecting to be shot you wouldnt have called for backup literaly 1 second before you said what you said, this isnt a handsup or die server i dont need to tell you to hands up to shoot you, especially with you saying the words "i like to piss of slags like you" besides going around calling gang members "good boys" dont know how you expect a diffrent outcome than this.

I don't mind QE and i will go as always but i don't know if it will make a difference if Adam doesn't come either considering he is the one that opened the report in the first place.

I can only see this as almost some sort of troll report here @Adam Busy .

You start your own video by saying "Fuck knows mate, i couldnt give a fuck any more i wear and do what i want. Call people slags, tell them to fuck off. Nothing happens. If your gonna do something be consistent at it"

Then you speed around the city breaking all road laws with no lights or anything as an officer.

You "encounter" that bike, don't actually pull it over officially at all. Then say "you don't give a fuck what it is get a helmet, good boy appreciate that man" and proceed to drive down grove turf. You would know 'bruno clark' is the leader of grove. And if you didnt you would know he is a grove member from his bandana. He follows and you proceed to just give more shit as a police officer and then have the nerve to call in backup. You are being aggressive to them the whole time. To which you say "i just find it entertaining pissing the shit out of slags like you son"

So yes, you have proven to be 'Consistent' at something. That something there is baiting. As shown by the rule itself:

(G1.3) Baiting - Taking deliberate actions to create a scenario where you get chased or engaged with, especially to cause a firefight. Examples: Robbing a service station with the intent of a gunfight, deliberately committing crimes in front of the police, swearing at a group of gang members.

More specifically, "swearing at a group of gang members". Now, whilst i dont agree that the wording would be 100% accurate in every scenario and simply "swearing" at gang members would be considered baiting. I feel that from what you said before you were even there, the 'High quality police roleplay' you are showing before you are there. Then the abuse you just give a gang lead. You absolutely got what you deserved and that video should be titled "Police standard". I think if someone new watched this video, it does not paint a good picture for the police and i believe that should be looked at.

So, Adam Busy will be banned following FBS for Baiting for 24 hours.
