Please (in detail) describe the incident: This person came up all of a sudden and rammed into us, hitting 4-5 people. He either didn't have his seatbelt on or my friend in the black sultan got him. After that his mate came and did the same thing. We have no idea who these people are and have had zero interaction with them.
