Please (in detail) describe the incident: Was talking to a few people around lower legion and 842 come out of no where and ran over people, I went to go help a friend and they come back and downed myself and tried to down others around back on the third time. Haven't tried to resolved the issue as this was intentional as shown in the video.

From the video I can see the guy being a mass VDM'er with no intentions to roleplay and just want sto ruin everyones night by playing it like GTA ONline
