Please (in detail) describe the incident: Video shows entirety of my own interaction with the individuals being reported. ID 843 blatantly breaks C1.2 with the verbal abuse whilst being down, myself & Rachie are then both incapacitated by the second individual at random who we'd had 0 prior interaction with apart from being stood next to the car/people, assumedly using information gathered from 843 which was sent to said person externally to find us. The RVDM occurred @ precisely 04:11:28 & my ID was 503 in order to help find in logs. Attempted to speak with them in discord via ooc with no response.

Hi, thanks for your report.

Now from what I have reviewed on the clip, I would not go as far as saying the player was discriminatory. Yes, a bit verbally abusive, but thats roleplay for you. Nothing what he said was actually discriminatory (although at one point I thought the N word was said, I've reviewed it and can hear that he said "your a Neek Bro".

However - the player is clearly not roleplaying his injuries. One who is down shouldn't be behaving the way he is, and therefore he will be punished accordingly in line with the FBS.

At the end of the clip, there is a completely random attack on yourself by the unknown player I have identified. He is clearly not involved in this incident and should have provided RP if he was to get himself involved. To just ram a car into that group, downing 2, is just pathetic.
