Please (in detail) describe the incident: A good few people just chilling around hospital talking and this guy out of no where for no reason which none of us talked to tried to run a group of us over.

Cleary the person reported has attempted to Mass VDM a crowd, but clearly cant even do that properly, nontheless action will be taken.

30064 - 1 day ban for RDM G1.2 (Just because someone else broke a rule that doesnt allow you to break rules either, you should still initiate RP with the person before killing him. )
