Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was trying to pull over a bike registered to a "Erik Ragnarok" when the driver did a stunt instead of pulling over the to side of the road.

@Brick CarsteinThank you for the report, I am seeing this more and more and this was a silly thing to do and will now be dealt with appropriately.

@ChappieNot knowing the rules is not really a defence here, and because of that I am going to issue a 1 day ban, this will give you time to refresh you knowledge of the rules and I do not wish to see something like this again.
