What best describes this incident ?: Stolen Ambulance + VDM
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Ok as per usual as was patroling in an ambulance on arrival to an emergency i got out the ambulance and instantly i got out some random player jumped in my ambulance and drove off. I did put a few messages in the ooc chat at the time but i presume there where no staff available to deal with this individual. I know from past experience that it is a rule break to take an ambulance but on top of that some other players had witnessed him using it to run people over with no rp. Unfortunately i dont have any footage of the rvdm but i have some evidence to prove it happened. In the clip im sending it is not 5 minutes long but if i can get the others who witnessed it to back me up that would be gr8.
