Please (in detail) describe the incident: We where chasing a guy who was drug dealing, he then combat logged when we tried to cuff him, never got the ID before he combat logged but his friend came after he combat logged and attempted to pick him up which resulted in his escape, its pure meta

893 was his ID after the relog

To add to this report, we waited a few minutes around the area for him to come back. His mate thought he cleared the area and called him back which also means potential meta gaming as he instantly got on the bike and got away. This is a case of both combat logging and OOC information.

I've reviewed the footage and identified the players in the video provided, ID 893 was being chased by police and once he crashed the police attempt to restrain him but he disappears and from my side I can say that the player did in fact combat log, a few minutes later a player (ID 737) can be seen waiting for his friend to come back on a bike which he wouldn't know where his friend is as he's not in the server, once ID 893 logged back in his friend picked him up on the bike and got away.

From the footage its fairly obvious that ID 893 combat logged and ID 737 used OOC information as well as ID 893 because he must of relayed that information to his friend to pick him up once he is in the server. Not once did ID 893 make any attempt to try resolve the situation if him disconnecting was a genuine mistake.
