Hello, thank you for making this report. 

I'm sorry if you took offense by the term 'Ladyboy', but I don't believe this falls into the category of discriminatory behavior to the extent and / or with malicious intent, to which a permanent ban is justifiable. Granted, this could've been avoided if 'Micro' used a slightly more 'educated' vocabulary. A note is added for the player to please pick his words more carefully in future however, or he may very likely find himself banned.

- I would like to address your own role play in the video you provided however... 
The person throws a punch, and your response is to pull your taser, and say "Hands up" seven times. No other role play, nothing else said, and then proceed to deploy your weapon.
Generally speaking, this would be classed as RDM - while there isn't sufficient evidence in terms of a video, potentially showing more context, I would normally opt with a warning in a case like this. 
Looking at your record however, @KarlJohnson, you've already in the short span of just a month managed to rack up a few warnings for not role playing properly, something which is once again seen in this video. 

As of such, I believe you still haven't fully learned from the previous warnings, and I will not issue another one.
